Yes! The Remote plan (£300/month) is designed exactly for this — full HR support by phone, email and video call, wherever you're based. Many clients find the remote service just as personal and effective as in-person.
What does the HR Audit involve and how long does it take?
A thorough review of your contracts, handbook, policies, pay, and compliance. In person in Brighton or remotely. You'll receive a written report and prioritised action plan, usually within 5–7 working days.
Do I have to do the audit before starting a retainer?
Yes — it's the essential first step. It means we understand exactly where your business stands before we start, so advice is always relevant and targeted. Urgent issues get flagged straight away too.
What counts as complex HR work charged at £120/hr?
Formal grievance investigations, disciplinary hearings and appeals, potential dismissals, redundancy processes, and settlement agreements. We always agree scope and cost in advance — no surprises.
How long does a bespoke staff handbook take?
Most handbooks are delivered within 7–10 working days of receiving your order and any existing documents. If you need it urgently, just mention it and Annemarie will do her best to accommodate.
